Peter Drucker famously said " Culture eats strategy for breakfast".
High performance and human-centric leadership are inextricably linked.
Sustainable, high performing organisations thrive because of high levels of psychological safety, trust, inclusion, and high levels of care and challenge amongst their people.
I know from my own experience and plentiful global research, that attempting culture change work on your own is hard. Whether it is as an individual or leading change in the community or at work, you are part of a complex system and labyrinth of cultural norms, concepts, rules, behaviours, and assumptions.
Trying to affect change from the inside alone can consume vast amounts of energy and resource, and leave you exposed to your own blind spots. Equally, those appealing, shiny, off-the-shelf solutions just won't deliver in the long-term, simply because they absolve you of doing the work required.
I partner with you in an adult-to-adult capacity; being fully ‘in-it’ and alongside you as
'we do the work' together.
