Strategy and complexity require spaciousness.
The Strategy Space at the Creative Studio is a private space that you can book for yourself or your senior staff to get free of the confines of organisational walls and thinking and get clear on strategic intentions.
This is a space where you can come and throw strategic questions, challenges and opportunties around with me as your thought partner. Together we will make use of all sorts of sense making tools and 'frames' selected specifically for you and your challenge.
A half day session at the studio runs from 10.30 - 15.00. This gives you time to travel, begin your escape, wide down and ease into fresh perspectives.
We have the beautiful Cambridgeshire Fen on our doorstep for a stroll and to refresh our thinking at any time in the day. Lunch can be taken next door at National Trust cafe at Anglesey Abbey, the reputable Thai restaurant in the village or a simple picnic on the Fen, if we are lucky my daughter might make us scones or soup - the choice is yours.

Being a senior leader can be fast and furious. The pace of global disruption is such that it can be all too easy to get whisked away in continuous cycles of 'doing' 'doing' 'doing', and pushing through can lead to exhaustion burnout and overwhelm. It also limits you from bringing your best self to you, your people and your organisation.
Executive retreats at the studio are tailor made packages designed specifically for you and your physical, emotional, spiritual and creative needs. You can combine time on the beautiful Cambirdgeshire Fen where you can walk, cycle, wild-swim, canoe or simply layback and cloud-gaze. Chose your favourite creative pursuit whether that be drawing, painting, embroidery or something else entirely and combine these special pockets of time with mindfulness, yoga or journaling - whatever it is that keeps your boat afloat. Sessions of 1:1 leadership coaching with me and time at the strategy space will bring you into full connection with you, your environment and leadership intentions.
Whatever you chose to combine, you can be assured that you will have time to rest, restore and reflect and plan your path forward for yourself and your organisation.

The Creative Studio offers an ideal space for small group gatherings, both inside and out.
The studio plays host to intact teams exploring high performance, coaching networks, mini-masterclasses and groups of individuals learning mindfulness. It's also been the place of a few homework sessions for my children!

Local Landscape
The Creative Studio is nestled into the heart of the Cambridgeshire Fen; a stones throw from Anglesey Abbey (famous for its snowdrops). It offers the most beautiful walks and landscape to do this work.
The large and expansive East Anglian skies bring the most amazing light and far reaching horizons as far as the eyes can see. The network of historic waterways and lodes weave their path through the Fen, offering toe-paths, places for wild swims, and gentle waters for kayaking and paddle-boarding.
The area is thriving with wildlife and protected species; Wicken Fen nature reserve is just a short bike ride away. Coppices, bridges and picnic sites offer the perfect vistas to explore fresh perspectives, and actionable ways forward.
The landscape is utterly inspiring and healing; the perfect place for you to explore complexity in simple harmony with nature.
