I believe that by paying attention to the conditions for learning and growth, and nurturing growth mindsets we open up worlds of possibilities and potentiality.
I also understand that our early experiences can shape our relationship with learning - for better and for worse.
Creating environments where young people feel safe to experiment, make mistakes, learn and grow is joyful and rewarding work.
Health and Wellbeing
Because everyone's health, well being, comfort and dignity matter. It is critical to our very existence.
The healthcare sector has its own set of challenges and opportunities where focusing attention on team working, collaboration and culture change brings high reward.
Third Sector
Because purpose led, values based work is change making. Its awesome work often characterized by its very own unique set of dynamics, interplays and challenges.
I am particularly passionate about supporting charities in arts, environment and especially those supporting the education and empowerment of women and girls in the UK and overseas.
Environment
The universe and nature is a place of inspiration, beauty, awe and wonder. We all have a responsibility to look after it, and care for it. It is also our greatest and most gentle teacher and source of inspiration and comfort.
Environment is an essential part of my work.
